How do I book a pick-up?

- You can book your pick-up through our website by filling out the online form with your flight details and accommodation address or contacting us via WhatsApp

How will I recognize my driver at the airport?

- Your driver will be waiting for you at the arrival area holding a sign with your name on it. You will also receive their contact details before your flight. 

What happens if my flight is delayed? 

-No worries! We track your flight in real-time, and your driver will adjust the pick-up time accordingly. There are no extra charges for flight delays. 

How can I pay for the service?

-We accept cash payments, credit/debit cards, and online transfers. Payments can be made in advance or upon arrival. 

Can you help me get a local SIM card or currency exchange?

-We can stop by a SIM card shop or exchange office upon request. Just let us know in advance and you will receive the simcard upon arrival.
